Workflow

How A State Moves Toward Launch

  1. Scaffold state metadata, routing, county boundaries, and county master file.
  2. Add public layers: population, tax, climate, snowfall, broadband, solar, public land, and land market.
  3. Add county-rule source anchors for planning, zoning, building, water, septic, and occupancy research.
  4. Generate county profiles, rankings, maps, comparison pages, sitemap entries, and source trails.
  5. Promote from sourced discovery to verified after deeper county-office review.

Current philosophy

Finish The Dataset Before Chasing Volume

The strongest long-term moat is not simply having pages for every state. It is building a repeatable, sourced county dataset that can survive updates, corrections, and deeper verification. The tracker keeps expansion visible without pretending planned states are already launch-grade.

Operational checklist

Expansion Readiness By State

This view turns the roadmap into a working checklist. Live states are checked against the actual county dataset. Planned states stay marked planned until their source files, generated pages, and QA coverage exist.

Recommended Next Step

Keep strengthening the eight live states, then begin the next state in the western queue with the same repeatable pipeline: boundaries, public layers, land market, county-rule anchors, generated profiles, validation, and production QA.
